A target of academic mobbing herself, Dr. Harper has applied her expertise in the cultural foundations of warfare and genocide to how humans organize to attack others in the workplace, school, community or other social setting.
She currently works as a ghostwriter and writing coach, and has helped many targets of mobbing, bullying and violence write about their experiences and healing journeys.
